Piran Esfahani was born and raised in Austria. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, North America, Central America and Asia and is fluent in German, English and Spanish. Mr. Esfahani earned his degree in Business Administration specializing in Entrepreneurship from St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas.

Over the next several years Mr. Esfahani owned and operated various successful businesses playing a prominent role in finance and development. During this time he had an opportunity to travel to Central America on business and was drawn to its beauty and culture.

In 2007 Mr. Esfahani decided to bring his entrepreneurship skills and keen business sense to Roatan. He resides in Houston, TX with his wife Vanessa were he is an associate agent for RE/MAX international. He spends a good amount of time on Roatan. His counterpart in Roatan is Robert Sirois (Montreal Bob) from RE/MAX Roatan. Mr. Esfahani’s family has been long time investors and developers of this best kept Caribbean secret. He has a deep connection with the island both personally and professionally.
